Support Cabdell
Cabdell is free to read. Acting on it costs Algorand's network fees and, for most actions, a storage deposit (a flag also carries a bond); none of it goes to the project. The server and the work behind it depend on donations.
Where the money goes
- The server that runs the indexer, this website and a second copy of every article on IPFS.
- The domain and the storage of articles.
- Development, and an independent security review of the contract before MainNet.
Cabdell charges no fees of its own and has no tradable token or coin, no advertising and no investors. (Each article's record carries a token on Algorand that can never be sold or sent on.) The storage deposits you pay when you act are non-refundable: they stay locked in the application as storage on the blockchain for ever, and nobody receives them, the project included. Anything paid above the cost shown before signing stays in the application too.
How to donate
Send ALGO or USDC on Algorand MainNet to:
ariadne.algo
BJLW77K3PXDYX7IJTZYPPNLXOMNI7CVKKGTQ5MVEBR2JZIJXQBQRWI6UC4
Wallets that understand NFD names, such as Pera, also accept ariadne.algo as the recipient.
Every donation and every payment of this account is public, like everything on the blockchain.
TestNet ALGO have no value: please send nothing from TestNet.
A donation is a gift to the operator of Cabdell (named in the legal notice). It buys no service, right or influence, it cannot be refunded (a payment on the blockchain cannot be reversed), and it is not tax-deductible.
Other ways to support it:
- Get a name under ariadne.algo: An NFD such as yourname.ariadne.algo: Cabdell receives a commission on the sale, and you get a name you can use in comments and on your profile.
A name under ariadne.algo is bought from NFD (TxnLab), on its terms: it is a purchase, not a donation, and the part of its price Cabdell receives is a commission on that sale.
Other ways to help
- Publish, review and comment: Cabdell is worth what its community writes in it.
- Tell colleagues in your field about it.
- Read how it works and tell us what could be better.
